oursociety announces the Kant collection, the brand’s first collaboration with Seoul-based design studio Be_formative, unveiled during this year’s 3 Days of Design. Presented aboard a boat moored at Nyhavn—one of Copenhagen’s most iconic locations—the launch brought together design professionals and friends in a setting of perfect weather, good conversation, and a shared appreciation for contemporary design.

Inspired by the raw clarity of Brutalist architecture, Kant is defined by its precise structures and intersecting metal pipes. Its name, taken from the Danish word for “edge,” speaks to the collection’s design language: sharp planes, clean breaks, and a quiet strength. The chair’s refined form balances industrial presence with sculptural restraint, reflecting both Be_formative’s conceptual approach and oursociety’s commitment to distinctive, enduring design.

Set to launch in autumn 2025, Kant marks a significant milestone for oursociety—expanding the brand’s portfolio with a collaboration that bridges Korean design innovation and Danish design sensibility.
